Technical Requirements:

The following technical abilities and and system configurations are necessary to participate in and to complete successfully the online CDF training course through Kuder ETA:

• Students who enroll in an online course should have ready access to a computer and the Internet. Students should also have a backup plan in the event that their primary computer or Internet access fails.

• Students should be comfortable using a computer for basic functions including e-mail, attaching and uploading documents, Internet browsing, word processing, and online text discussion threads.

• Minimum computer system requirements include:

• Windows^® 98 operating system or higher

• 256 MB RAM or more memory

• Pentium 120 MHz

• DVD drive

• 28,800 bps or faster modem or direct connection to the Internet

• Current version of Internet browser

• Adobe^® Acrobat^® Reader^® (free download)

• Windows Media Player or RealPlayer™

• Word processing program (MS Word preferred)

• Personal e-mail account

• Audio capability

• Printer
