Promoting Career Development
We are particularly interested in helping further the career development and planning of students and adult career seekers and career changers. Training individuals to work as Career Development Facilitators (CDFs) contributes to the expertise and efficacy of career development services offered to individuals across the nation. By making CDF training more accessible, we make career development assistance more accessible as well.
Offering Outstanding Training
We are committed to providing the best training experience possible. CDF training offered through Kuder ETA is multimodal, including a comprehensive textbook; DVD with supporting video, interactive assignments, and links to relevant and useful Internet sites; personal attention from an e-instructor; and face-to-face modules for crucial interpersonal skills development. The online format of our CDF training allows individuals to complete the majority of the coursework from any location.
Incorporating Excellent Resources
Through our affiliation with outstanding companies and organizations, we are able to offer an excellent curriculum from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) developed by leading career development experts, and we are able to incorporate the leading career planning resources.
