Our E-Instructors

We want you to have a positive, productive learning experience when you complete the online CDF Training through Kuder ETA. Furthermore, we know how important instructors are to that learning experience. Therefore, we hire only the best e-instructors.

Our e-instructors all meet the qualifications established by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and have participated in a 3-day instructor training program offered by a Master Trainer to become CDF Instructors. Additionally, our e-instructors have completed the specialized training developed by NCDA for training CDFs online.

Instructors and e-instructors stay current in the field of career development by earning continuing education units throughout their careers.

All NCDA-approved instructors must meet the following qualifications:

1) Career Development Expertise - a combination of advanced education in the fields of counseling, human resource development, psychology, or education; career development experience or delivery of career development services; presentations and publications; and continuing education in the field

2) Training Expertise - experience teaching/training students at the postsecondary level or adults within a corporate, school, or government setting

3) Commitment - a plan for how the instructor will develop and deliver CDF training
